Based in Llanwrtyd Wells, in the heart of mid-Wales, our weekends are simple, grounding adventures designed to help you slow down, move well, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the landscape.

A winter reset for body and mind

Slow the pace and reconnect with yourself in the Welsh hills. These weekends blend relaxed, guided walking with gentle mobility, nourishing food, and fireside evenings - designed to calm the nervous system and clear mental clutter.

Hike & Bike Weekends

Ground adventure in the heart of Wales.

These weekends bring together wellbeing and outdoor adventure without pressure, ego, or rush.

Led by Ruth Astbury and Tony Bain, founder of Green Dragon Activities, these weekends combine calm, confidence-building guidance with some of the best cycling and hiking terrain in mid-Wales.

Perfect if you want:

  • Adventure that still feels supportive

  • Quiet roads, hidden valleys, forest tracks

  • A weekend that challenges you gently, with no preasure

Paddlboard, Hike & Bike

This is the most immersive experience we offer - combining stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, and mountain biking into one energising, confidence-boosting weekend.

Designed to feel adventurous yet achievable, this weekend is about enjoying what your body can do, supported by expert guidance and shared experience.
