A New Chapter: Helping other women to become more resilient and thrive

After 25 years in the fast-paced corporate world, today I live a more adventurous, peaceful, and energized life. I'm living proof that it’s never too late to reclaim your health, strength, and happiness — even in midlife.

Thanks to deep self-reflection and sustainable lifestyle changes, I’m now fitter, calmer, and more connected to my body than I ever was in my 20s. This transformation didn’t just strengthen my own resilience — it sparked a mission to help other active women in midlife do the same.

I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor, and Hormonal Health Specialist, certified through Burrell Education with the 3rd Age Woman Certificate. I also hold a Therapeutic Coaching Diploma, blending mind-body wellbeing into everything I do.
