Welcome to my new Welsh Wellbeing Experiences designed for people who want to slow down, move with purpose, and find their balance again — in nature.

Based in Llanwrtyd Wells, the smallest town in Britain and once famed for its healing spa waters, our experiences blend mindful adventure, local flavour, and restorative connection. The gate way to the Cambrian Mountains.

This is not about luxury or escape. It’s about real connection — with yourself, others, and the wild Welsh landscape.

Join us for therapeutic walks along ancient drovers’ trails, gravel rides through forest passes, gentle trail runs, or river adventures. Each weekend is designed to leave you stronger, calmer, and recharged.

Winter Therapeutic Walking Weekends

Nestled in the rolling hills of mid-Wales, Llanwrtyd Wells, a place where people came to restore their health, lift their spirits, and take in the pure, “balsamic” air of the Cambrian Mountains. True winter wellbeing in motion.

Guided by Ruth, each weekend blends relaxed walking, mindful movement, good food and company

Sample Itinerary:

  • Friday: Arrive and settle in with a group supper.

  • Saturday: Morning juice, mobility session, 8km river walk, local café stop, followed fireside dinner.

  • Sunday: 12km hill walk, lunch, evening reflection and dinner.

  • Monday: Depart refreshed and rebalanced.

Spring & Summer Hiking and Biking Adventures

Llanwrtyd Wells is the gate way to the Cambrian Mountains and offer endless opportunities to walk, and cycle.

This weekend, you will hike the hills and ride hidden valleys, peaceful roads, and forest tracks. True adventure without the pressure. E-Bike hire available.
